Incredible service! I sent my Xbox 360 in for repair. I was a little nervous at first since I live in NJ, pretty much on the other side of the country. I did not want to give microsoft another penny though so I decided to take a chance. Boy am I glad I did! Their customer service is incredible! They kept me updated every step of the way and they even gave me a free fan mod! It truly is rare to find a business that is not just out to rip people off.
