STEVE HARPER aka "Manager" is RUDE and UNHELPFUL

The customer service of this company is entirely awful. There really isn't one, considering there is no one to speak to on the phone; your only option is fill out a service request through their e-mail system, to which they only respond in generic form, and will never call you back, even when I requested it 3 times. I also requested a refund over 2 weeks ago for a product I returned unopened and have yet to be refunded. How interesting that when I want to talk about buying something I can speak to someone right away, but once they've got your money, you will be hard-pressed to ever get a live person to answer your concerns. And where to begin with the rudeness of Stever Harper--completely disrespectful--cuts me off mid-sentence when I asked why my card had still not been refunded, and then when I attempted to get an answer, he just transferred me to their automated service. When I called him back and started to say he had cut me off before I had finished, he quickly hung up and put me through to their automated "customer service" once again, and by automated I mean non-existent. From my experience I believe without a doubt that this company is only trying to make money and does not care AT ALL about their customers. Every other review on here that comments on the awful customer service is 100% spot on. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN, and regret that I did in the first place.
