I signed up for GameFly's 30 day free trial. I Ordered my first two games through their "MY GameQ" system. After Eight days I decided to call and see as to why they were never delivered. They said to go ahead and report it as a shipping problem, So I did. At this time I also asked for the Gamefly to stop sending out games because I did not know what was happening to the missing games. I contacted the USPS and reported it to them along with double and triple checking the shipping address that GameFly has on file for my house which was correct and accurate.
Three weeks later I look at my bank account and there are two charges for $42.80 on it. I called up GameFly and they said that the games were already sent out before I canceled my account even though . These two games also never arrived to my house.
The only reason as to why I am giving it a two (2) is because their Customer Service was very co-operative with me and said my money will be refunded to me in 3-5 business days.
