I would not do business with this company! I bought a garry vac about a year ago its not all that great especially since its not bagless. I went to order bags which they tell you are free for life when really they get money from you for shipping they charge 9.95 to 12.95 each time you need bags. But went online to order bags at like 10pm at night and get up next morning and see that they charged me 99.95 when it was supposed to be 9.95. I called and they said that I ordered a sweeper I said I know I didnt why would I order a sweeper I have one that I dont really like in the first place why would I order another one. They said yes I did and wont cancel or refund my money! I have to wait 4 to 8 weeks to get the sweeper I didnt order then send it back when they get it back they will refund my money. Then I have to reorder the sweeper bags and I said what so you can charge me for a sweeper again and the woman said probably. I said what! did you say probably? she said no I said yes you did and she said yes she did say that but thats not what she meant. Go figure! Bunch of crooks!!! So I told her I was contacting BBB didnt seem to phase her at all. You cant tell me that they cannot cancel an order when it takes us 2 months to get it. They cant cancel it in less then 12 hours after order was supposedly made? So be very careful I didnt get any kind of invoice or anything.
