All services that were provided from Gentle Dental were of poor quality and have resulted in me having to go to another service provider to have the work repaired at greater personal cost. Multiple cavities were not filled correctly which has resulted in either a re-filling and in 2 cases, a full rootcanal. As a result of my latest cleaning service, I visited a second dentist to obtain a second opinion as to the quality of work provided. This second dentist reported to me that the quality of cleaning was so poor that it "looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all". The time it took to getting things completed with Gental Dental were unexceptable as it took them 2 hours to finally clean my teeth and they were 30 mins. late getting me in when I was 15 mins. early. I feel that they were a waste of time and I would not recommend anyone going to them.
