I filed a complaint against this office and dentist. The corporate response was the standard of care was followed and they can not comment further because of HIPPA laws. If the standard of care as followed why are they being investigated by the insurer, the dental board, and the department of consumer affairs. I am awaiting judgement from these entities before I pursue further legal actions in regard to the care given. This office performed an unnecessary dental procedure on a minor child. They prescribed further care that was found unnecessary by another dentist. They falsified the records and attempted to charge for care that was covered by the HMO plan. None of these issues were resolved. I was never contacted nor given an explanation.
