NOTE: This company does business under various aliases, including Xtreamgadgets.com and eStore.com.
This is probably the worst company that I have ever dealt with. They shipped me a refurbished unit in a plastic bag and plain cardboard box with no instructions, no warranty card, no serial number, etc. I tried to contact them by telephone but they never answer or return calls. They do not respond to e-mail but they do respond to webmail submitted on their website. They will not acknowledge their actions and simply say to return the item and I can have it replaced or get a store credit. Well the item is no longer manufactured which is probably why they sent a refurbished unit so replacement is not possible. They will not give a refund and under no circumstances will they give credit for shipping charges to and from even though they are the sole source of the problem. Bottom line - this company is the bottom of the barrel and they should be prosecuted by the Attorney General of California or some such office for fraudulent activities.
