did anyone buy their warranty from macys? theres an attorney who filed a class action lawsuit against this company and she needs to find a consumer who purchased this warranty from macys since theyre presently the only company who still sells this warranty and this would help the case move along. legally, the attorney is not allowed to solicit clients with this kind of info but after speaking with her today, i decided to post this. i too bought 2 large leather couches from wickes furniture in CA, they too went bankrupt along with this warranty company. it appears that the company "UNITERS NA" has taken over the claims but refuses to honor them. the attorney would like to pursue that angle, with the help of just one macy's consumer.
