This retailer is Deceitful & Dishonest.
I called and asked if I could pay by check for a item. Owner said no problem, check has to clear before we ship. I asked how many in stock,he said 13. 1st check I maild with order,they said they never received. True,check never cashed. 2nd check I sent signature return. Took 3 days before they went to P.O. to pick up check and deposit same day.. Check cleared 2/9/09 Called 8 days later,inquired about order. Pay particular attention to this now.They said order was received Jan 19,09, but that ordered was for some thing eles which was with a credit card. When I got the email about shipment received 1/19/09, I immediatly called them to correct them that was for a different order and the order I was calling about was by check which the owner Mike confirm. I said where is the order for the printer which I was paying by check. He called back later said he couldn't find it and took my address. I finally received the printer, but it was used and when I tried to get it to print it would not. I emailed and said do not insult my intelligence and ship me a new printer. In return he emailed me saying the printer is discontinued, yet he stated at the beginning he had 13 in stock. Never had any problem paying by check,nor being treated as such. This is the worst business ,actually the ONLY business I ever had a bad experience. I encourage any one to stay clear of Global HiTech
