I had a superior experience with Global Stone trading from start to finish.
I had a room adjacent to the one for which I needed the new tile which already had an existing granite floor. The trick was looking for a good match or a contrasting tile. The owner of Global and I spent several days emailing possibilities back and forth. He took so much time for my relatively small order that I can not imagine what he would do for a larger order. When my granite tile arrived it was as close a match as possible and we are totally pleased with the order. I advised his office of our pleasure and indicated that a few tiles had come with some chips (Transit damage) and that I had used them for pieces requiring cuts. Without my asking they offered to send 3 replacement tiles at their cost.
