Too Heavy-Poor Quality

I ordered some of Gravity Defyer shoes early this year. Took a while to get them and when I did, they were not the right size (my problem not knowing how their sizing worked). I returned them for exchange, and also a not-quite duplicate order that they mistakenly sent me. So I waited and waited, thinking they would arrive in time for my trip so I could wear them. Turns out that they had closed my order when I returned them and I was not going to get any. I ordered again and this time they did not ask about the type of insole I needed. The one pair of mary jane style works nicely, but the "walking" shoe is made of cheap materials, not leather. The straps are showing wear from the metal ring after only about wearing 6 times. They are so heavy that it has caused me a foot injury after wearing on a walk for two times recently, thinking I would use them as a replacement for my worn out walking shoes that I had for over 2 years. I have waited to mention this due to summer being too hot for these shoes.
I would not recommend these shoes or the service at the company which was poor. Don't see how they stay in business.. I would not give them any stars at all!
