While Guthy-Renker Corporation practice of charging for items on automatic debit after product is canceled is not good. They did eventually refund the entire amount and closed the account.
It should not have taken so many phone calls or effort to get refund.
The 'Free' vitamins were the issue here. The accounts are not linked so a different set of people have to deal with vitamins and another set deals with their other products. Their other products are okay and we still use them.
