Ordered an iPhone external battery for back up power on August 12, 2011. It took about 2 weeks to arrive. Second time I used it, it failed and stopped working. I sent an email to their customer service immediately to get a refund. They took about 10 days to get back to me. They said I had to submit an online RMA form to get approved to return it. By the time the form gets submitted, they email me back and claim 30 days has passed and I can't return it. Well HELLO... you took 2 weeks to deliver it and 10 days to responde to my email to get a RMA. Yeah 30 days have passed, but that's not my fault. Ridiculous!!! Don't waste your time and money with these clowns! ALSO, you can not get through on the customer service line... it's always busy... gee wonder why...
