I have a dispute with this company but am still trying to work it out with them but they won't answer their phone(s). I ordered accesories for IPOD (two times)& neither set worked. Tried plugging their chargers into IPOD and electrical outlets at home and away from home and the accessories did not work. They say they have tested them and they work fine. I have asked them what I need to do to prove they do not work for me and getting a response and/or talk to someone is difficult. I have talked to them once on the phone but have been unable to get them by phone since. They have responded by email once also. They sent a note back in returned package that there is "additional charge for return defective item in working condition." Do not understand how a part can be defective in working condition. Defective does not refer to exterior appearance because it is fine. I would like to know what I need to do to prove to them that the items do not work and I would like to know what charge other than a re-stocking fee of 20% (which I don't think I should have to pay since product doesn't work)they are referring to as "additional charge for return defective item in working condition?"
