Placed an order with HD Accessory on 11/3. On 11/19, order still not filled according to their web site. Tried emailing, with no response. Tried calling during their business hours, no answer, then phone disconnects. My on line order status stated my credit card had not been charged, but upon calling my credit card company, they charged my order the same day I placed it. After I sent a final email stating I wanted a refund, within 2 hours I received an email stating my order was sent. I received my product 2 days later. The product appeared in good condition but because it is a Christmas gift, I am unable to test to make sure it works. I do not recommend using this company.
