In July of this year (2007) I purchased an Astar flat panel 19" LCD TV from my local 6th Avenue Electonics store. A $50 rebate form was included, and I filled it out and sent it in the next day (registered, return receipt requested), along with the required supporting information. I received the certified mail receipt and so I am certain that they received my request for the rebate.
That was the last that I heard from this company. I have sent e-mail to them twice asking for the status of this long overdue rebate, and have heard nothing from them.
