May 25th, 2012, wrote $1650.00 check to reserve her services. She cashed it on May 30th, 2012. We never saw her again.

She agreed to wait; no official timeline established.. I emailed her (3xs) in March of 2013 to move forward with kitchen project, at her convenience. No response

“Deduct your initial consultation fee; refund us the rest of our money.
April 24, 2013:HER
I have spent well over the number of hours agreed upon.
You owe me money at this point.
How could she have spent monies on our project; we never discussed it?
No communication between us concerning shelving, etc. although her accusations falsely insist otherwise. We do not know about which clients or whose remodel to which she refers, not us or ours.
April 28th, 2013 ME:
We’ve no knowledge of what our $1650 bought. Provide us itemized, monthly billing statements; an accounting of time spent “planning”.

She never sent any accounting of any kind.
April 30, 2013 HER:
“This is an official document; I am providing you with written notice; I am ending our contract. I will forward email correspondence part in 48 hours.
She never presented us with any proof to validate her claim.
