All the negative comments previously listed are 100% accurate. I had my TV taken in for repair on 17Feb09, placed a $420 deposit, and have yet to receive my TV (repaired or not) as of 25Jul09! He loaned me a TV that broke within a week. I have requested multiple times a refund of my deposit and I get the same response (I will send you a check either Monday or Tuesday and call you back). Kim comes across as honest and sincere, but he stretches the truth to no end. His company is listed as Kim's TV as well as Park's TV. I can not describe the grief he has cause me. Allowing him to stay in business and prey on others is a disappointment to say the least.
