This company is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. They had my T.V. for three months and I was very patient because Kim was always sick, or he needed more time to fix it, or they didn't answer, and then i even gave his company some room because it was the holidays, however the exscuses kept coming. They would call and say it was fixed and they were bringing it (never showed or called), then they needed to send it out to get fixed. After a month and a half they said they would give me back all my money and pay to get it fixed out of their own pocket, however tonight they returned it to me not fixed, with parts rolling around in the tv itself, and not all of our money. I am definately filing a claim in small claims court on Monday and I definately think that this company need to be put out of business. definately do not do business with this company, it will be nothing but a headache, it defiantely has been for us. I only ranked this becasue there is not a 0 as an option, because I would not even give them a 1.
