We wanted a complete dairy kosher kitchen and meat kosher kitchen with a Passover section and mobile island. The functionality I achieved with Kitchen Pro has made our kitchen work easier with the best use of our space. Usually, Passover dishes and utensils are packed away. We unpack them for a week's use and then return them to storage. This is labor intensive. Now, we can just switch to the other side of the room where everything is ready to use. The sink and appliances still must be prepared for use, but there's no need to unpack and pack again. Also, while preparing meals for Shabat and holidays, we can prepare meals in the dairy kitchen and eat in the breakfast room without the typical problems.
