NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER

Placed order 08/16. Notified backordered 08/22 until 08/28. Repeated emails unanswered. AFTER telling them cancel order, charged my card. Order #3454202 placed on 08/16/17. No indication item was backordered. 08/22 received email advising it is backordered until 08/28 and asked if that was ok. 08/22 I responded the delay is ok and thank you for the heads up. After hearing nothing when 08/28 came and went, I emailed asking for update on 09/04/17. Never got a response. 10/03/17 emailed again advising them they have never responded to my last email, and again asked for an update. Advised them I had tried to call numerous times as well, but each time after waiting in the automated system for 30 to 40 minutes, their system boots me to the back of the line. In this email I also stated "If you can assure me this item will ship within the next week I will continue to wait, otherwise cancel my order." I never received a response to this email either. On 10/07/17 they charged my credit card $227.24, AFTER telling them cancel it if they cant bother to respond to my emails, or give an estimate of how much longer it would be. This order was placed NEARLY 2 MONTHS AGO. Order status online still shows "received." On 10/08/17 I sent another email, again pointing out that other than to tell me the item was backordered, THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO ANY OF MY EMAILS, and pointed out that on 10/03/17 I had told them to cancel my order unless this item was going to ship within the week. Also expressed how apalled I was that they have STILL never responded to any of my inquiries. In this email I explicitly stated if the item is still backordered, then I want to know why my card was charged, and I expect a complete refund asap. I also attached the email I had sent on 10/03 to the bottom of this email. I received no response to this, and my card remains charged. 10/10/17 I sent the latest email, stating "READ my numerous emails that have gone unanswered!!! emails go unanswered and I've been unable to speak to an actual human being when trying to call numerous times and your phone system makes me wait 30 to 40 minutes then kicks me to the back of the waiting line! If no one is going to communicate with me at some point, then cancel my order and refund my card IMMEDIATELY!" NOTE: EVERY SINGLE email I have sent them, I know they have received, because I have received the automated notification from them stating it was received, and to expect a response in "1 to 2 business days" with the latest ones stating it would be "3 to 4 business days." I am furious that after several unanswered emails stating that if they were not going to communicate with me or give me an update, then cancel my order, and then several days later they charge my card, and continue to get no response to any other emails. As of 10/10 the order still shows "received" and the item "backordered." There was no indication at the time the order was placed that the item was out of stock. This, I have learned, is a common complaint against this company. I am in law enforcement and either need my boots, or need my money back ASAP, in order to get boots from a reputable dealer. This company has clearly shown that they have NO customer service skills. Having charged my card after telling them cancel, and continuing to ignore all correspondence screams of fraud and theft. I have all of my correspondence which have gone unanswered scanned into a .PDF file and may email it to you upon request. At this point, all I want is A FULL AND IMMEDIATE REFUND ON MY CARD.
