RUDE EMAILS

I purchased a cell phone cover that broke within 4 days of me having it. I contacted the seller and gave them my information and they said they wanted to make it right by sending me an item of my choice, so I just asked them to send me another identical case. They told me I had to call. I am on government pre paid cell phone service with 200 minutes a month. If I go over that monthly limit of minutes then I have no way to make doctors appointments or anything, so why would I need to call them when they have my address to send me the replacement item. They wrote me back and told me that if I didn't call then the feedback on amazon will still stand. Well okay, fine. This is not the first time I have ordered from them either. They just lost a customer. RUDE PEOPLE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
