I have purchased a portable Air conditioner (KY-36) from one of Soleus Air’s distributors. I am very satisfied with the unit. So I decided to purchase a second unit for my parents. They’ve used that unit for abut 8 months before it started to act up. I’ve contact the warranty department at Soleus Air and they were extremely helpful. They’ve instructed me to send in the defective or broken unit and when they received the unit they’ll issue me a replacement. Over all it took about 10 business days receive the new unit. Now it’s working fine and has no problem. So over all I am happy with this particular unit.
