Unprofessional

It is beyond my grasp, the level of unprofessionalism exhibited on a weekly basis. So much so that our employees view our representative as "that lady that calls every week to yell at us". This is not only unproductive, but counter-productive as I need to clean up all the morale that ends up on the floor after. We go weeks without contact, then a barrage of raised voices and disdain and somehow the blame lies on my shop. This is not the forum to repeat what's been said, just know Management Success has not held up their end of the contract and we will not be renewing.
