Although the staff at the help desk are wonderful, the MccPayroll does not pay on time, and after waiting for pay from 6 weeks, e-mailing them only to get "the check was processed" after asking when the check was cut and mailed. The payroll department is extremely unreliable. In the beginning when I began working for them, it was every two weeks like clockwork. Yes the pay is fantastic but they make you sweat it out for the receivables of the checks sometimes up to 3 months. Like I said earlier, I love the staff at the help desk, no complaints because unlike the payroll department, they are honest and on top of things.
