My payment is on hold.

I've been a loyalist to their company but then last week my payment was on hold and I tried to speak to their customer service but he only said that I need a new ID for verification-- Imagine I have sent them 2 IDs already I don't know why they keep asking for this. However my overall experience working with this is amazing they have been very fast and convenient before - this just happen to me now but I'm still happy with their service eversince and I won't change them as my service provider.
