Very SNEAKY Dentist, Not Up-front

I highly suggest that you NOT go to this dentist because this office is very sneaky with their business charging practices. They did treatments that they did not inform my husband they were even doing in his mouth and then charged him later for them. They did not inform him that any treatments they were doing that he did know of were not covered by his insurance to let him decide if he wanted to proceed with those services. In fact, the dental assistant went away and came back as if to speak with the biller in the office and told him that the procedures were covered by his insurance which was later found it to be untrue. As a result, he received a $1500.00 bill even though my husband has HMO dental insurance that covers a lot. This is like how car salesmans used to be, very sneaky and very shady. You cannot trust this dentist office with their billing practices. You never know what your going to be billed for or even what they are actually doing in your mouth that they may not be telling you. There were six small treatments equalling $79 a piece that they included in the bill that he has no memory of them mentioning they were performing on the visit.
