My wife ordered me a pinstripe suit from mensusa.com. We are from illinois and did recieve the jacket within about a week. However, during the inspection of the coat, we noticed the seams were coming apart from the buttocks area. Not happy with the material, we called and notified the company of the unsatisfactory workmanship done on the pants and cheapness of the material. We politely asked for a full refund just as promised in the company disclaimer on the first page of the company website. After being ridiculed by the shop owner over the phone, my wife quickly called a small claims lawyer. It appears we will have to go so far as court to recieve our money back from this embarassing company
