NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I tried to return two suits that I bought. Even though the front page of their website states that they guarantee everything 100%, they will NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND! When I tried to email them for a return confirmation number, I realized that their email address "info@mensusa.com" is NOT VALID. When I called to get a refund for the cheap and sub-par quality suits that they sold me, the guy answering the phone said that they don't issue refunds and immediately hung up on me. I called my credit card company to dispute the charge and they told me to send the suits back in their original form and if mensusa doesn't issue a refund, my credit card company will take away the payment. This is your best bet if you get tricked by these guys. Otherwise, go to small claims court and get your money back. This is a SHAM and I will tell everyone I know never to buy from this fraudulent company.
