When items purchased don't work

I got full credit for an item that I returned, although I did have to pay for shipping. One of the items I bought came without instructions and I could not get it to work. I sent an e-mail - and within a short time I got technical help. For the past 3 years I have purchased items from Meritline. I am very pleased with my purchases and happy with the way they do business. Laura R.
