I ordered 2 vanities with 4 mirrors and 4 faucets. It was just ordered last week and it has already been shipped.
On my final bill it was noted that the faucets I ordered were out of stock and were replaced by an other model. This was done without my knowledge or consent.
Fair enough, so I write customer service and advise them that I would rather wait for my original choice. They gave me a return # and instructions as to how to return the unwanted faucets but was advise that the shipping cost back to them is on me. I wrote back to express my outrage and I should not have to pay a cent for their mistake.
I am awaiting their answer... I will post to let you know the outcome.
Now January 6th. Got a reply informing me that they will pay for shipping their way. So far so good.
