I am very disappointed with the level of service this vendor provided. The product was supposed to ship within four weeks. It's been nine weeks and I still have not received the butsudan that I spent $3,000 for! They are very unprofessional especially considering the amount people spend with them. These are not small-ticket items so they should keep customers informed about delays and status. I was never given a tracking number and had to keep calling back to find out about delay after delay after delay. I don't know how they stay in business.
