They apppear to sell a worthwhile product; however, their business practice and lack of ethics are alarming. They sold us a certified hurricane proof door at the Home Show (9/2009). When we went to finalize the order in their show room, they informed us that the door was hurricane proof but not certified. Based on this we asked for them to cancel our order and refund us the deposit. The manager (? owner, Sergio Mattig) was given multiple phone messages and he ignored all of these as well as emails. The companys fax numbers were not operational. Despite a certified letter requesting a refund, they have yet to act. They are dishonest in the presentation of their products, unresposive to any form of communication, and unethical. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
