NATION WARRANTY: FRAUDULANT After exhausting research on Extended Auto Warranty companies, I chose to go with Nation Warranty Corp. of Coral Springs, FL because of the low price they quoted. I was quoted a price for the Pinnacle Coverage 72/75,000, $2500 lower than other companies. In December, 2009 the Director instructed me to put a $700 down payment NOW, before the first of the year as the prices may go up and the car is considered a year older with the approaching New Year. I did. The policy was to be effective in Feb., 2010 (one month before my factory warranty expires) with the balance paid with 11 monthly installments. All contracts were signed and they began charging my credit card for the monthly payments. In April, 2010, four months after signing the contract with payments made, they notify me to report they cancelled the Extended Warranty. My Factory Warranty expired the end of March, 2010, and now I cannot find cost-effective insurance. I learn they never submitted my contract to NAC, National Auto Care, until three months after I signed the contract, mis-quoted me on price of contract in Dec. 2009 and wanted to back-out of the contract in April, 2010. They refuse to answer my emails, telephone calls or address my faxes requesting coverage or my money back. Now I will have to hire an attorney; they hang up on me, refuse to even discuss this matter and won't return my money. NATION WARRANY IS A FRAUDULANT COMPANY. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

This potential customer completed an APPLICATION for a vehicle service contract. During underwriting, the application for coverage was declined because of the age and mileage of the vehicle did not match her desired monthly term and mileage band. The customer was immediately notified and offered another coverage term that would reflect the true vehicle age and odometer reading. She declined and opted for a refund which was immediately granted, in full, that same day.
