I ordered Skin ID and tried it for few months. I didn't want to give up on it after a couple weeks, I wanted to give it time and see if it would work. It didn't so I called to cancel, and have an unopened box that they wont let me send back. They only let you send back the first box for your money if it doesn't work. I find this quite ridiculous that they wont let you return their product if it doesn't work. I'm not an angry person that normal writes negative feed back about things, but I just think that is a horrible way to treat people that have been clients for a few months trying to give your product a try. I'm very very disappointed with skin iD, their customer service, and their return policy.
I also tried ProActive for quite a while and when it didn't really work anymore after using it for a couple years they let me return the products that were no longer working. To me that just shows how much ProActive believes in their product and that skin iD doesn't if they only allow you to return their first box within 60 days. What a waste of money. At least ProActive stands by their product good, or bad.
