This is the second time I have sent my GPS back to this company, with a RMA permission, the first time they would not accept the gps back, so the postal department sent it back to me. This below is an e-mail from them from the second time they received the GPS from me, it's been just under seven weeks ago they received the GPS back, I have not heard from them or received a refund on it,
I wish somebody can help me get my refund out of these people do not do business with them you will be sorry,

Wonderful news, your RMA arrived today. Please allow us at least 10 to 15 business days (not regular days) to assess your RMA number along with the returned merchandise enclosed in the parcel.
Pertinent information will be appended to this ticket, so please expect our reply. Make a note of the email for this ticket as we will update it with pressing information and data concerning a remedy to your issue.
Most cases will be handled before 10 business days and some may take longer than 15 business days, the time window is only given as an approximation and results will vary according to the RMA. So please allow us sufficient time to evaluate your return merchandise authorized order. Thank you in advance for your cooperation, and we hope to contact you sooner than later.
