I love Nextar! They did a fabulous job upgrading my unit. It was out of waaranty and I participated in the exchange program. Love my new unit and didnt have to go to the store and buy a new one. Couldnt ask for more. I spoke with a rep named Elva and Alex, they were awesome!!!!
