Giving this company even 1 star is being generous!!! I attempted to purchase an IPOD on "Cyber Monday" and after my credit card information was entered their website became unusable. It gave me several errors messages and after about 45 minutes of trying to get the confirmation page to confirm my order I started calling the customer service line. I was on hold for 55 minutes when I finally hung up. I would have given up right away but I was worried that they would charge my credit card. I gave up after another half hour only to check my account the next day to find that they charged my account not once but TWICE!!! I logged into the system (using the password I had registered the day before) and their was no order on file. I immediately called customer service and after a lengthy hold time I spoke to someone who confirmed there was no order on file. They had me call the "credit card processing center" and they assured me I would have the money credited to my account within a half hour. The rep said she would personally call me back to confirm the action had been taken. I called her in 2 hours and she didn't remember me and I had to go through the entire story again. She put me on hold for about 10 minutes and stated that she spoke to my credit account company and that the credit was complete. I went online and they had credited me 4 times the amount. I figured they would figure that out by the next day and went to bed. First thing in the morning I checked my account and they had fixed the error but charged my account AGAIN, TWICE for merchandise that was not ordered! By the end of the business day, after speaking to 2 supervisors and conducting a conference call that I had to DEMAND take place with my credit card company, the situation was finally resolved. I will never conduct business with this company again and I do not recommend that anyone trust this website!
