I ordered a pillow pet for my son for Christmas, at the beginning of December, after calling every week, I was informed the week of Christmas that my credit card declined, DUE TO AN ERROR IN THEIR PROCESSING, they reprocessed the card info and then advised me that they would overnight the MONKEY that I ordered...Just doubled checked the order that evening they said that I ordered a BEAR....I think they cancelled my order and just gave me what was left....Very unhappy that I had to have a friend in another state go to her mall and get me a knockoff, and pay double because of their error...Will never buy from them again
