I placed an order for 3 pillow pets (unicorn, pig and dolphin) on 8/7/10. On 8/14/10, we received a box containing a unicorn, pig and DOG. We were shocked that this company would make such a mistake with the order considering that the shipping copy indicates a order of a dolphin.
On 8/16/10, I contacted Pillow Pets in Pacoima and waited for close to 45 minutes before I spoke with a customer service representative. I requested that they send me a dolphin and they informed me that they would send a return slip so I could mail back the dog and they would send me the dolphin. They also informed me that they would send the return slip EXPEDITED so we can finalize this transaction and they could fix their mistake.
On 8/20/10, after not receiving the the return slip, I again contacted Pillow Pets and, after waiting another 45 minutes, they informed me that THE RETURN SLIP WAS NEVER SENT!!! The customer service representative informed me that they return slip would be e-mailed to me immediately.
It is now 8/23/10 and we have STILL not received the return slip or the dolphin pillow pet. I am at my wits end and don't understand how to get this company to fix their mistake.
