Contacted them on 2/15/10 with lengthy phone interview. Was informed that they could complete my taxes and if my estimate was right could reduce debt quite a bit. I contacted them every week at least once to recieve updates. I faxed over the W-2's and further tax needed info. as they requested. Informed that my taxes would be completed in 2 - 3 weeks. On 4/14/2010 called and was told again that the CPA would be getting to them but to be proactive submitting further paperwork for the IRS. Again informed them that they had the info. needed to file taxes and after taxes were completed then the further info including credit card statements, bank statments, etc. from the last three months would be submitted. I also informed them that I had this info ready but needed my taxes done first to see if I owed the 12,000 I had estimated. Continued to be told the CPA would contact me, I would receive an email. NO CONTACT. After cancelling them they had to get hold of their CEO to see 'how to handle this'. Called back multiple times during the day. Was told hadn't heard back from CEO, he was at a meeting, he was at an out of office meeting. Asked to speak to Frank (whom I initially spoke with) he was on the phone and would return call (no return call). Then on the last call was told by a secretary that they were not taking calls since they were busy. Since then have not heard anything and staff will not take calls. So now they have taken my money and have not produced any services as promised. I also emailed them regarding my dissatisfaction and have not heard back via email. The company has not provided the services hired to do and have poor communication. They have taken more money than entitled and if I were still doing business with would be incurring penalties and further fees to the IRS since they never even intiated the taxes they were suppose to complete. Stated that they filed a form to the IRS but why would they file before they even had completed the taxes which they were hired to do in the first place?
