This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered.
This companies customer service is without a doubt the worst on the planet. Shop NBC is no help, they just refer you back to the service department. You can't understand what they are telling you. You ask for an agent that can speak understandable english but you get no where. You ask for a supervisor and the CSR will tell you that he is busy.
The product is inferior and when they told me to ship it back to California of course at my expense "both ways!" What kind of business is this place and how can Shop NBC continue to partner with this company??
Beware of this company and Shop NBC. Horrible is a kind word to use. I have other adjectives I'd love to use but they would be deleted from this post...
