I went to this store this afternoon and bought two dressers, one came assembled and the other did not. I spent two hours working on the one that was not assembled and to no avail I had to go back. The lady on the sales floor assured me that material was better than plywood, but when I got home and started putting it together, parts did not go together at all and it’s started falling apart on me.
I should have known better, you get what you pay for. On the receipt it stated “all sales are final, no refunds or exchanges” when I asked Melissa about it she assured me “we haven’t been in business for all these years if we didn’t take care of our customers!” When I went back the Middle Eastern gentleman who acted like the manager told me that I didn’t know how to put the furniture together and the best he could do was give me store credit and to consider myself lucky he was even doing that. The guy is shady, shady, shady; the feeling in there is that of a used car sale lot. I regret going into that store and for all other potential shoppers, stay away!!!
