2nd Delay in closing
|
From the very beginning working with this company has been less than pleasant. When calling the office during normal business hours we were always relegated to leaving a voice mail on a voice mail answering system. My closing again is delayed costing us
money every time there is a delay, making it impossible to have advance notice to have utilities turned on, having to change my moving date with our apartment complex (with financial penalties), trying to get answers from REO Title is next to impossible. The
staff is rude and condescending, perhaps they don't understand home buyers put money in their pocket. Errors made by this company on closing documents have again tabled my closing and not even an apology simply "mistakes happen". Of course they do not care
we cannot change title companies or they keep my $1500 why should anyone be surprised there I no accountability they take the money whether they have earned it or not. O course they do not care if we are losing money they lose nothing payment s guaranteed
with our deposit on day one! When/If e finally get to closing how can there be any confidence that documents are accurate, that amounts we must pay are correct or even that the title search is without error? Hopefully people will read this and know this is
not a company you want to choose to do business with.
