Pretty Good experience for me

I've shopped at RegencyShop numerous times over the years and have always been pleased with the value for the dollar. This isn't "high end" furniture like DWR but definitely stylish and good quality for the money spent I recently purchased a Florence sofa
for my home and am pleased that it arrived in my house in FOUR WEEKS! Mike is knowledgeable and friendly, though some of the staff is "under informed" as to many products. I was given a "window" of 3-7PM for delivery. Although I would've liked a tighter time
frame, I can deal with it. To my surprise, I received a call at 3:30 and was told that they would be at my home in 15 minutes! The truck arrived at 3:50 and they were out of here by 4:00. Perfect piece! Free shipping is for curbside delivery. If you have bigger
pieces then have a friend or tip ready for the truckers to help you.
