ONE STAR--THERE IS NO NEGATIVE RATING PROVIDED --- They installed a new water heater in September 2016. The overflow or emergency flow continues to empty out onto our front porch. It does not drip or leak water... it floods the front porch more times in one week than in all the years we've owned homes. The serviceman has been out 3 times since then to fix a leak under our kitchen sink. He walked right past the puddle each time and each time I voiced my concerns, and each time he gave me a "possible explanation". After four service calls and contact with the office I finally received a straight answer. "Well the warranty has expired." That's that! My advice is try a difference service provider.
