THE WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR! PAY THE EXTRA $30, $50, $100 AND GO WITH ANOTHER SELLER! When I ordered a Canon Lens the site said it usually ships in 4-6 business days. I order. A couple days later I see "usually ships in 14-16 business days." A week later I sign in and it still says processing. I call and the customer service rep says, "oh it says 14-16 days." I tell her that it did not read that when I purchased. She says "well it should be shipping in the next couple days." Another week later and my order is reading "processing." I email customer service and don't receive a reply. I call two days later, go through the same customer service experience. She takes my number and says she will have her supervisor contact me. I receive and email about 5-6 hours later saying that they canceled my order and will refund my credit card. My credit card has not yet been refunded. I REPEAT, NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE AWFUL!!! POOR COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! ************UPDATE************** On 2/9 I called in to customer service. The customer service person didn't know that the order was canceled. I told her of the email I received the Friday before reading that my order was canceled and refunded. She told me to reply to the email. My credit card was charged immediately when I ordered the lens online on January 21st. It is 2/11/2010. I called customer service, and while she had no confirmation number, she told me that the order was refunded on the ninth of February. I find it funny being told that the credit cards are not charged until the item is shipped, because that was clearly not the case. There is a $950 charge on my credit card that I'm waiting to be refunded, when I was lied to the first time that it was refunded. I'm watching my bank account daily for the credit to show to my account. And finally, if it is so hard to provide the item that is for sale on the website, why doesn't it say "out of stock? I just looked at that exact lens, and nothing is mentioned that it is out of stock. Save yourself the headache and just don't do business with them.

2-10-10 Currently All Resellers Are Having Serious Issues Receiving Canon Products. When Products Are Not Available, We Have No Choice But To Cancel A Customers Order. We Are Sorry To Loose The Business. Credit Cards Are Charged Only When Products Are Shipped.
