On February 21, 2011 I ordered a Black Bear Shower Curtain & Hand Towels. The next day I received an email telling me that my order was back ordered. My credit card was charged on Feb 21st. When I received my credit card bill in March, and had not received my products, I called Rocky Mountain Cabin Decor and was told they expected my product to be in the next week. NEVER RECEIVED anything from them. On April 12th I called and was lucky enough to have someone answer the phone. They canceled my order and the next day I received a confirmation of cancellation. I have called the accounting no several times and never received a call back. It is now May 16 and no credit has been posted to my credit card. Tried to call their main number and a recording said Due to unforeseen events, their office was closed until May 18th. I agree with another reviewer "NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS". I refuse to give up until I get my credit for the products I never received.
