I saw an add for this company in a mailer that came to my home. The advertisment made several statements that have proven to be false. One thing I noticed on the advertisement was the Company's name (Royal Carpet Care) was omitted. It was only after I received the billing invoice did I know the company's name. This is my fault for not asking the name when I made the appointment. If I would have done so, I could have seen that this company has a "F" rating from the Better Business Bureau, with 9 unresolved complaints.
Furthermore, the advertisisment stated "Dry-Tech Dry-Shampoo Method, does not use liquid or chemicals and will leave your carpet barely damp." I watched the technician directly spray liquid chemicals into my carpet, which is soaking wet. The technician was "fast-talking" and tried to sell gimmicks and jack up hidden costs. Another thing the ad promised they would not do! The technician was rude and made several inappropriate remarks to me when I questioned the job he was performing.
Over all, my carpet still looks dirty and is extremly wet. I would not reccommend this company to ANYONE! Please do not make the mistake I made and be out $120.00 dollars.
