This company is nothing other then a scam. None of their interior lines will be awnsered, no calls will be returned. They opperate their scam by calling large companys, and asking them what model of printer they are using etc. They will then order a printer toner, FOR YOU through another distribution company out of 1616 s. lakeside drive awukegan, il 60085. The contact they told me from the distribution center can be reached at 310-845-1611. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Notice on their site that under products, at the top it has not been changed for 5+ years.
